Before returning to academia, I spent several years in industry in program and product management and data-driven operations — cloud data-warehousing, supply chain, and analytics. That work grounds the engineering and data-science side of my current research.

SQL Server Data Warehousing / Analytics Platform System (APS) · Redmond, WA · 2014–2015 Owned a $4M delivery pipeline of cloud data-warehouse appliances to enterprise data centers nationwide and built the logistics and cost model for Parallel Data Warehouse infrastructure, coordinating across engineering, OEM, and customer teams.

Project Management Specialist — Quanta Computer (Amazon AWS NPI)

Bellevue, WA · 2013–2014 Coordinated New Product Introduction releases for Amazon AWS cloud servers across a North America–Asia supply chain (contributing to 66% year-over-year sales growth); managed bill-of-materials and component provisioning.
